Locallytrip Terms of Service

Locallytrip is owned and operated by PT Locallytrip Teknologi Indonesia as a technology marketplace connecting independent travelers with self-employed local guides (Hosts). Hosts act as independent contractors and are not direct employees or agents of Locallytrip.

The Locallytrip community is grounded in mutual respect and safety. Any form of harassment, hate speech, racial or religious discrimination, sexual misconduct, or hazardous behavior during tours is strictly prohibited. Violators face immediate permanent suspension and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

All bookings must be processed through Locallytrip's authorized platform payment infrastructure. Guest payments are held securely in escrow by PT Locallytrip Teknologi Indonesia and are only released to the host's wallet after the tour experience has been successfully completed without unresolved safety disputes.

Travelers are entitled to a 100% full refund when cancellation is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to host preparation compensation fees as specified in the individual package terms.
