I’m planning to visit Thattekad Bird Sanctuary Trails in Kerala for a relaxed forest trek and birdwatching experience. 🐦🌿
It’s known as Kerala’s first bird sanctuary, with flat trekking trails through tropical forest and the chance to spot many rare bird species. The entrance fee is around ₹60, and a local forest guide is required.
If anyone happens to be in Thattekad around the same time, let’s meet up, trek together, and explore the forest while looking for birds! It would be great to share local tips, take photos, and enjoy the experience with fellow travelers. 🌿🥾📸
