10-Day Hanoi Cooking Journey at Rose Kitchen (Market Tour Included!)

Hi! I’m looking for a travel buddy to join me for a 10-day cooking experience in Hanoi at Rose Kitchen Cooking Class, including their traditional market tour.

The plan is to explore authentic Vietnamese cuisine from the source starting with a guided visit to a local market to learn about fresh herbs, spices, and ingredients, then cooking classic dishes like pho, bun cha, fresh spring rolls, and more.

This is not just a one day class, I’m planning to immerse myself in Vietnamese food culture for 10 days. Between classes, we can explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, café hop, try street food, and maybe even take short trips around the city.
